Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the p4x platform via the website p4x.im or any related application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and p4x as the platform operator. All users — whether registering a new account or simply browsing general platform content — are deemed to have read and fully accepted these terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use p4x services. Any registration made by an underage individual is invalid and the account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at p4x. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. p4x reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national identity card or other relevant documentation. Accounts that fail to submit verification within the specified period may be suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. p4x will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of login credentials to a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact p4x customer support immediately.
Prohibited platform use
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or attempts to hack the system
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the p4x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and originate from a legitimate source.
Deposits into your p4x account can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local online banking and available e-wallets. Processing times vary depending on the respective financial institution. p4x does not bear any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or payment method that has been verified and registered in the same user's name. p4x reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification or security review. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
Any attempt to process transactions linked to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability limits
P4x is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions, or game outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
P4x does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or disruptions. In the event of a system outage affecting transactions, p4x will endeavour to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe but is not bound to any guaranteed recovery time.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software code, and other materials on the p4x platform are the exclusive property of p4x or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-party links
The p4x platform may contain links or references to third-party services. p4x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
Account suspension and closure
P4x reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, confirmed fraud, or instructions from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting p4x customer support. Prior to closure, users must settle all pending transactions and withdraw any eligible funds from their account. Unclaimed funds remaining after the account closure period will be handled in accordance with p4x's internal procedures.
Changes to terms
P4x reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an on-platform notification or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the p4x platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction.
